Adventurous journey to Yogyakarta, for Privy’s Go Live Ceremony for their Zendesk QA (Klaus) Implementation. This was more than just a launch; it was a celebration of collaboration, innovation, and new beginnings.

As the ceremony began, Ibu Dyah Ayu Putri Kartikawati, Vice President of Privy. She set the tone for the day. Rather than a formal opening speech, Ibu Putri crafted a narrative that drew everyone in, she expressed her appreciation for the team and partners who played an important role in this project.

Next, APERGU SOLUTIONS’s Project Manager, Ghifari Yoga, took the stage. He introduced the members of the Apergu team, who contributing to craft a solution that would transform customer experiences. He unveiled the ZendeskQA/Klaus system so attendees could see how the platform would empower Privy.id to connect with customers more effectively.

Then came the highlight of the ceremony: the symbolic potong tumpeng (cutting of the cone-shaped rice cake). As Ibu Putri Kartikawati, Vice President of Privy and Ghifari Yoga, Project Manager of Apergu took the ceremonial knife and cut the tumpeng, they shared pieces with the team, embodying unity and celebration.
