Enterprise Resource Planning

One system. Every department. No more disconnected spreadsheets.

Apergu implements ERP systems that connect finance, inventory, procurement, and operations so your business runs on one accurate source of truth.

Oracle NetSuite dashboard and analytics workbook
From fragmented departments to total visibility

Every department has a tool. None of them agree on the number.

The gap between those tools is where margin, time and trust quietly leak out — and it never shows up as a line item on anyone’s budget. ERP closes the gap by making one record the only record.

Our 5-step implementation process

  1. 01

    Discover

Audit current processes and pain points.

  2. 02

    Design

Re-engineer workflows and map them to the system.

  3. 03

    Configure

    Build, customise, and integrate.

  4. 04

    Train

    Role-based team onboarding.

  5. 05

    Support

    Post-go-live optimisation.

The ERP blind spots nobody talks about

  1. The spreadsheet trap

Your finance team is not slow. Your spreadsheets are.

Manual reconciliation between systems is not a workflow. It is a full-time job nobody signed up for.

  2. The stock illusion

"In stock" means something different in every system

Sales sees one number, the warehouse sees another, and the customer finds out the truth when their order does not ship.

  3. The approval black hole

Purchase orders get approved. Total spend stays invisible.

Every request looks reasonable on its own. Nobody sees the total until the budget is already blown.

  4. The growth ceiling

The system that worked at 10 people breaks at 100

What felt good enough during the early years quietly becomes the biggest constraint on how fast you can grow.

  5. The reporting lag

By the time the report is ready, the decision already happened

Real-time business needs real-time data, not a number that was accurate three weeks ago.

Most companies do not fail because they lack systems. They fail because their systems do not talk to each other.

One purchase, three linked documents

Each document is created from the one before it, so quantities and prices are entered once — then referenced and checked, never retyped.

Stage 03 · Bill

Vendor bill, matched three ways

Document status
The vendor bill is matched and goes to Approved for payment. The PO moves to Fully billed.
Process integration
Accounts payable: the bill posts the payable, typically clearing the receipt accrual, and payment is scheduled on the vendor’s terms.
Data movement
Unit price comes from the PO and quantity from the receipt; both are checked against the supplier’s invoice before the bill can be approved.

An example flow with sample values. Each implementation is configured to the client’s own process — document types, approval routes and matching tolerances differ from company to company.
